Every Coach is ASEP Certified
Your Coach and every coach who teaches for The Basketball Lessons Company is certified by the American Sport Education Program (ASEP).
The Basketball Lessons Company, its curriculum, and format was founded and designed by Jim Reiser. Coach Reiser is a 3rd generation coach and holds a Master’s Degree in Physical Education
The goals of The Basketball Lessons Company:
- To provide our children with a better alternative than “the usual” league approach.
- To teach children proper technique and fundamentals from the start while using age-appropriate equipment and ASEP recommended rim heights.
- To make learning the game of basketball enjoyable for GIRLS AND BOYS by providing a positive atmosphere—where “learning and laughter” is guaranteed!
